Lead

Leading change is how we evolve. We are focused on economic empowerment, such as increasing the number of successful minority business owners and career professionals by promoting positive partnering practices.

Overcome

Overcoming challenges is a stable of Military men and women. RWB aims to give back to our military heroes by partnering with Chicago Veterans. This group empowers our vets to take control of their transition throughout life, giving the opportunities, the purpose, and motivation they need to become more productive in their communities.

Optimize

Optimizing our commitment to sound corporate governance is a critical function of our industry’s success. We are committed to optimize our operational standards via enhanced public reporting practices, diversity, and risk management policies.

Mentor

Mentoring future generations in our industry is a goal we can’t ignore. RWB is proud to assist several schools and universities with agricultural mentoring programs designed to offer a future in the cannabis industry.  We currently support programs with Illinois Valley Community College and Chicago State University. In addition, we offer an internship program at our Granville Illinois greenhouse in the areas of cultivation, operations, sales management.
